The Jensen Studio

As part of Christian Asplund‘s ongoing “Asplund and Friends” concert series at the Pennyroyal Cafe, BYU’s Group for Experimental Music will give a special April Fool’s Day performance of John Zorn’s “Cobra,” a musical game conducted with flash cards! I’ll be playing in the group on laptop sampler. Joe Jensen and Josh Asplund, both regular contributors to the music here, will also join the group.  Come see how many classic movie quotes and song loops you can recognize.Three other cool groups will be playing as well.
